Clipart License Terms
Unless otherwise stated, our clipart comes with a commercial use license allowing you to use the clipart in lead magnets or in products that you sell on your website, in your Shopify store, or on platforms like Etsy and TPT. Here are some guidelines you should follow when using clipart from our shop:
Acceptable Uses
- You CAN use our graphics in personal (non-commercial) projects.
- You CAN use our graphics in lead magnets or in paid products that you sell on your website, in your Shopify store or on platforms like Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers and Amazon KDP.
- You CAN use our graphics in products that will be used in giveaways, given away as bonuses or added to free or paid membership sites.
- You CAN use our graphics in physical products.
- You CAN use our graphics as-is without layering, combining or modifying them. (NOTE: They do need to be part of a larger composition that contains other graphics elements, such as text or additional graphics.)
Prohibited Uses
- You CANNOT sell or give away the original files, either in Canva or in PNG format, or allow your customers to edit the clipart colours themselves.
- You CANNOT resell or give away our clipart as clipart. The clipart must be part of a larger composition.
- You CANNOT allow our graphics to be extracted and used by your customers. All designs containing our graphics should be flattened and delivered in formats like PDF, JPG or PNG. Our graphics cannot be used in editable templates.
- You CANNOT upload the clipart to sites like Creative Fabrica, Design Bundles or Creative Market.
- You CANNOT use the graphics in products whose main value is the clipart itself. (Please don’t place a single piece of clipart on a white background and sell it as wall art—instead, use the clipart as part of a larger design.)
- You CANNOT pass on commercial use or resell rights to your customers. The products you create using our graphics should grant customers personal and/or school use only. Our graphics cannot be used in PLR or MRR products.
- You CANNOT claim copyright over our graphics.
